Christopher joined Adams & Edens, P.A., in 2004 and brought with him a background focused on divorce, child custody, general litigation and personnel actions associated with state employment disciplinary actions. Since joining the firm, Christopher has continued representing parties in divorce, child custody disputes and other family law matters. He has also expanded his practice to include a substantial amount of business formation and counseling work, estate planning, probate matters and commercial lending litigation. Christopher is certified as a Guardian ad Litem and writes for the firm’s Divorce Law Blog.
Recently, Christopher was accepted to the University of Alabama School of Law’s Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL. M.) Program. He is a candidate for this special designation in early 2011. The firm is pleased to have a candidate for expertise in tax planning and specialized tax litigation on board.
